The room was very clean with all basic amenities but the care taker was not available easily and had to be called and he would turn up at his will.
We thought of celebrating our anniversary at the apartment at Lavasa. While the check in time mentioned is 1 pm when we reached the property at 2.30 pm the apartment was locked. We
On contacting the owner we were informed that the caretaker would attend in awhile. After waiting for the caretaker for 20 min n he arrived and informed us that since the previous guest had checked out late the placed is not ready for occupying. The place was littered and stinking. We were so tired and disgusted that eventually we cancelled the stay. We have asked for refund of the entire booking amount through TripAdvisor customer support desk and still awaiting the same. In spite of being a decent property the upkeep was callous and unprofessional. I learnt a lesson hard way and ended up spoiling the occasion.
