Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Everyone so happy and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had a rough trip geeting to Pensacola Beach and the girl at the front desk was so nice that all our angst fadded away. What a joy to go somewhere that you can feel so comfortable and welcomed.

We booked a large meeting at this hotel, our first meeting held at Pensacola Beach. The hotel meeting planner was great - she took a lot of interest in making sure all our needs were met.
Our rooms were large, sunny, and well cared for. Breakfast, in the lobby, was better than the usual continental experience. Any time we asked about nearby restaurants the hotel staff was knowledgable and in sync with us.
Then there's the outdoor bar, the pools, and the beach. The outdoor bar was a great spot to kick back, socialize, and unwind. The pools were heated and very clean.
The hotel is located right at the end of the commercial portion of the beach - so there's long walks along the nearly deserted white sand beach. Most mornings, and some evenings, the dolphins would show up for feeding in the surfline. Some performances were amazingly long. Sunrise and sunset was beautiful with the beach and sea as backdrops.
We look forward to our next meeting held at Springhill Suites, PNS.

This hotel met all our needs. We asked for connecting rooms and beach view and we were not disappointed. The only problem we had was that the workout room had very few pieces of equipment (treadmill, eliptical and weight machine - one of each)and the computers were slow. Otherwise we were very happy with everything. Looking forward to returning again.

This particular SpringHill Suites had the largest room I have stayed in for that brand. We had a view of the pool and the gulf. We had the unfortunate problem of a smoke detector going off two times in the middle of the night. The second time, the maintenance person took it down. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. I didn't know they had a bar by the pool area. We enjoyed that though it was a little pricey. Not much else to say.

We stayed on the 5th floor. Had the opportunity to stay in a King Bed Suite and a 2 Double Bed Suite. This is a family-friendly resort that is easy on the pocket book.
Pros:
Situated on the beach., Easy beach access, 3 pools, Free Breakfast, Beautiful gulf views, outside bar, family friendly, free parking, free internet in business ctr
Cons: No movies available for order in the room, hotel should consider drink servers in the pool area, in my opinion bed linens are lower quality.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay!

My husband and I stayed here last month for our anniversary trip (also went over to Biloxi)
We stayed 2 nights free with the points we had. The room was great, just like the pix in their brochure, if you can believe it. We had a nice size balcony overlooking the pool and ocean that was wonderful. The beds were comfy, but nothing spectacular. The breakfast was very good. I had a waffle both mornings and they were great. The coffee was very good and the staff kept everything stocked well. Also, there is a little store area at the front desk for water and things that you can charge to the room. The kitchen area was very handy, a fridge and microwave and also a coffee maker were in the room. The pool area was nice but the beach was the best. I did notice while sitting on the lovely balcony at 6 am the second morning a hotel staff person testing the water in the pools. He cleaned up the area and arranged the chairs. So I guess the water tested ok. There was a store adjacent to the hotel in the parking lot. Easily could walk over to it. Also, a few places to eat right across the street. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The place was rockin' and busy. By Sunday evening it was almost deserted. That was actually quite nice for us few couples left. We had a great time and I would stay here again even if I had to pay.

This was our first time to Pensacola Beach, and we loved it. The Springhill Suites was perfect for us. We had found it on-line, and after reading mainly great reviews, we decided to try it. Our five-year-old daughter (her first time on the beach) had a blast. The room we had was a studio (2 double, sofabed, island view, partial gulf view, balcony) on the fourth floor. I was worried about the view, but it turned out to be perfect. The room/balcony was overlooking the bay area (on the left), island view over the residential area (in the middle), and the most beautiful ocean view (on the right). We were very happy being on the fourth floor. If we had been any lower, the view might not have been quite as good. For the most part the room was very clean. Room service was fine. The breakfast buffet was great and filled us up. The pools (two big, heated pools) and a huge kiddie pool were great. There were lots of chairs around the pools, which didn't cost anything (towels were available at the front desk). Access to the beach was easy, but the charge for the chairs on the beach was quite high. We opted to use our towels and had brought a little beach umbrella, which was fine. We stayed for six days and had only one rainy afternoon. The beach was not crowded at all, was fairly clean, and the color of the water was beautiful. We found lots of pretty seashells, but also stepped on a lot of broken shells. We did not see any jelly fish, which was great. We also put on lots of suntan lotion/spray probably every 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and we still got burned a little. So be real careful not to overdo it in the sun. We also noticed our heads burning a little, so a sun hat would be great. We ate at Crabs (Casino Beach Blvd.), which is right on the beach, and Pegleg Pete's (Fort Pickens Rd.), which is pretty close to the beach, but not right on the beach. Both restaurants had "sandbox" play areas for the children, which our daughter loved. The food was pretty good, but a little overpriced. We did like the food at Pegleg Pete's better though. There also was some live music at both places. We really hated to leave "paradise," and we'll defintely come back.
