PoMoDoRo Pasta also known as 番茄主義, located in Sindian area, about 5-7 mins stroll away from Xiaobitan metro station. The restaurant is housed in a two-storey bungalow. It is a "dine-by-appointment-only" restaurant; they do not accept walk-in guests. There is also no menu. The chef will prepare a 6-course italian cuisine, based on fresh ingredients available from the market that very day. On the day of my dining, the Chef served salad, soup (with freshly baked bread), cockles, baked potato with sausage, seafood pasta and dessert. The portions were quite generous, the ingredients were fresh and the cooking very home-styled. We had a satisfying, hearty yet healthy meal. The ambience is very relaxed and it feels like I am eating in my own home. The boss (a Taiwanese lady) who is also the Chef is very friendly. It costed us about TWD600-700 per pax (couldn't exactly remember) for the meal, not exactly cheap by Taipei standards, but we felt it was value for money. They only accept cash. They are open for lunch and dinner.
