We just returned from a 2 week road trip celebrating our 25th anniversary, and this was a great place to stay while visiting Zion National Park. We were able to fix a meal to take a break from eating out and utilize the washer and dryer to catch up on some laundry. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again, and would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends!
The house we stayed in was just what we needed, very clean and everything worked. It was about a 20 minute drive to Zion, but a beautiful and quick drive. The pricing for the house enabled us to stay longer and visit the park more times. I would and have recommended it to friends and family.
This duplex in a quiet neighborhood was comfortable and well-stocked. The two bedrooms, plus a futon in the living room provided more than enough sleeping space. Although we never used the big TV and Roku, we were impressed with that level of detail. And we were very pleased with the high-speed internet! There were many thoughtful details, from decor to dishes, from central heat and air to night lights. The bathroom was well-stocked with soap, shampoo, shower gel, plenty of towels, even make-up remover and a dedicated washcloth for it. The kitchen has full-size appliances and washer and dryer. They even have a waffle-maker and the mix for batter and syrup, plus any condiments previous guests had left. I didn't know that, and brought all my own breakfast cereal and other food. But we were only there one brief night. Had I stayed longer, I would have taken more advantage of the facilities and supplies, including the barbecue and fire pit in the back yard! I just gave one recommendation to the owners: that they add screens so we could sleep with the windows open during the cool spring night. Because of the price, location, and amenities, I can recommend this rental to couples and families.
La Verkin suited our purpose to have access to Zion National Park. The property was one side of a duplex, and after we arrived, we settled in to enjoy its amenities. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms clean. We used the kitchen to eat in, and used the washer and dryer. The communication with the proprietor was pleasant and attentive. We woould definitely stay here again.

Adorable place. The owners are so kind and available if you need anything. Fantastic stay and would definitely go back.
This home was clean, well equipped with all essential needs to make our stay warm and welcoming. The home was an easy beautiful 20-30 minute drive to Zion National Park. The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. We were able to save money enjoying all of our meals at the renal home. We had a lovely time here!
We booked LV3 due to its location and amenities. It worked well for 2 nights coming from Las Vegas and staying there before and after our visit to Zion. It was clean and updates and had plenty of space for our family of four - including the futon in the living room so my boys didn't have to sleep in the same bed (perk for them). Advertised as a make-your-own bed and breakfast, we knew about being able to have pancakes, but the waffle maker was a pleasant surprise for my teenager. There was even oil! I didn't use all these things but handy additions are: cooler, fan, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, some pantry items, ziplock baggies for packing your lunch into Zion...
My only impression that isn't positive is the outside of the property. If you are looking for a get away where you will want to be hanging out on the patio/yard, BBQing and enjoying outside more than inside, this may not be the property for you. Particularly the back yard view. While there is still no landscaping in this unit's backyard, the neighbors are quite unkept as well. We happened to stay inside in the evenings because we were tired from road trip travels so it wasn't a huge problem for us.
I think we saved a little money by staying at LV3 - compared to staying closer to Zion - and had more space and breakfast!
