“Great little family house!”
Reviewed March 3, 2017 for a stay in February 2017

We were kind of forced to find something outside of St. George due to everything in town being booked for our particular weekend, and we're actually glad we did. We found this great little house, with sleeping arrangements perfect for our needs, and a 20 minute drive to St. George. But, the flip side is, that much closer to Zion and other attractions. Plus, we had an actual blast hiking thru the Virgin River Canyon park right in LaVerkin. The house was well-stocked, plenty of bedding, comfy beds. The only down: the outdated plumbing in the showers. Think, 70's vintage showerhead and faucet. That said, we used the barbecue grill, the kitchen was more than adequate, and we filled the living room with games and gossip both nights! We'd totally book this house again!

My family and I stayed at the LV1 home and we were amazed at all the amenities and little extra touches that were included, It really shows that the owners of this lovely home care about you having a great and relaxing time while you stay. My 10 and 7 year old had a great time, with everything from the swing, Netflix, and wifi there was plenty of things to keep them occupied. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. I highly recommended this home , it's proximity from Zion National Park and local eateries and grocery stores was perfect.

“Good budget option”

The reservation process and communications with Monica were great. The accommodations were a good budget option to staying in Springdale and it was nice to not stay in a commercial hotel room. Accommodations and amenities were good. Location was a bit wierd as we weren't sure if we were going to the right place. Once we found it, we were good. Close enough to the park and allowed good friends to congregate in the living room to relax and reconnect. Thank you!

short distance to Zion, also plenty food choices in Hurricane and La Verkin. House was very comfy, the owners were easy to deal with. I would suggest this to anyone who doesnt want to pay premium prices right next to park

“Wonderful value!”
Reviewed September 20, 2016 for a stay in September 2016

We had the pleasure of staying at this house for just one night on our way to Zion National Park. The price was great and the amenities were wonderful also. Plenty of little extras like pancake mix for a morning breakfast, laundry facilities and anything you could ask for. Very well equipped. Would consider staying here again. The only negative is some of the neighbors don't take very good care of their places but didn't affect our stay. Highly recommend.

“Great for small families!”
Reviewed August 7, 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We stayed at the LaVerkin home during our family vacation to Zion. It was lovely! Our kids loved that they had separate bedrooms and having a master bath was very convenient. Beautiful drive to Sprindale/Zion. Impressed with the cleanliness of the home; having the washer and dryer was an added bonus! We'd definetly suggest to friends or family.
