While staying at the Zion Mountain Ranch, we enjoyed dinner at the on property restaurant the first night. The menu offers a great variety of fresh items with vegetables from their garden. Watching the sun set, the ducks and ponies grazing and then the arrival of the buffalo for their evening graze was great.
Our table enjoyed the ahi tuna, the quail and two of the pasta dishes, all paired with nice starches and vegetables. Good wine list and local beers available too.
The restaurant would be great if the server remembered who ordered what item when delivering the food, if the food could be hot to taste, and the flies buzzing the windows could be eliminated before dinner service.
Don't let these comments stop you from enjoying dinner. I just hope management can improve these things.
