This hike starts out with a climb up some switchbacks and then crosses some cliff faces to access a hanging slot canyon. We did this one with a 5 and 7 year old in tow. We made sure we had a hand on each child and that they kept a hand on the chains at all times when we crossed the areas with a lot of exposure. No worries with the exception of my wife. Once you get past the cliffs there is a nice sculpted canyon to explore. With just a little bit of scrambling you can work your way up to to a small freestanding arch. Not far past the arch a sign indicates the canyon beyond is closed to foot traffic. Kids liked this one a lot. Be sure to explore the sculpted pools where Hidden canyon meets Zion canyon - we spotted a lot of tadpoles in them.
