Well groomed trail. Popular. Good for kids and moderate hiking. Liked the setup at the end.

“Nice leisurely walk”
Reviewed April 9, 2012

Walk up the beginning of the Zion narrows, can be leisurely and is fine for strollers and wheelchairs. Beautiful views and fun watching the hikers in the river

Reviewed March 22, 2012

Kind of icy and wet in spots - mostly very sandy. Pretty.

“Lovely Riverside Hike”
Reviewed March 18, 2012

This is an accessible trail for all that follows the river. It's well maintained and both times we walked it, we saw deer grazing along side of the trail! After walking this the first time, we decided to rent the dry suits to hike the Narrows that beckoned at the end of the trail.

“Great variety of landscapes”
Reviewed February 17, 2012

The variety of the scenery on this trail is amazing, everything from a swamp to a "weeping" wall to desert landscape. At the right time, you can see a great waterfall near the entrance. It is an easy walk, too.
