“We Learned More”
Reviewed November 10, 2012

This was our first visit to Zion since they instituted the manatory summer shuttle policy. We had been to Zion many times in the 90's. We learned more from the taped narration on the shuttle than we had from all of our previous visits and since one of us wasn't having to drive, we saw more and it was gorgeous during October with all of the fall colors. Our driver on the way in had a personality that did nothing to distract us. LOL The shuttle was clean and included in the price of admission to the park. We did take one of the last shuttles back out of the canyon and my little flashlight came in handy finding our way from where we were dropped off by the shuttle to where we parked our car. We parked at the main visitor center inside the park.

“The ONLY way to get around the park”
Reviewed November 8, 2012

The shuttle is the only way in the summer to get around the park. We found that we never had to wait too long for the shuttle so no complaints.

The shuttle from the visitor center includes a recorded narration about the park.

This is a good introduction and frankly better than the Ranger led Shuttle program.

“Informative”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

Make getting around the park simple. You never have to wait long for the free shuttle and can get anywhere you want to go without worrying about getting lost. The shuttles play informative recordings, or your shuttle driver may regale you with his own historical tutorial of the park!

“So easy to jump on and off at any point...like having your own chauffer!”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

Taking the shuttle is the best way to see Zion National Park! You can jump on and off at any of the viewpoints which makes it so easy to see a lot of the park in just one day. My husband was able to de-stress since he didn't have to deal with trying to park the car :-)

We saw a lot of people take their bikes up the hills on the shuttle and then bike down the hills in a leisurly ride.

The bus drivers were very friendly and they arrived at the bus stops about every 7-10 minutes so you never had to wait long.

What a great way to enjoy nature and what God created for us. It was like stepping into a painting!

The best thing of all is that the shuttle is free when you get into the park.
