LOVE the trip over Trail Ridge Road. We have done this trip many times and will continue to enjoy it many times more. The mountains, the clouds and the views are always new!!

Fun road to drive. A couple of fun hikes at stops on the drive. Granby at the end is a great place to eat a pizza for lunch.

BE SURE that you travel the entire Trail Ridge Road. It is one of the benchmark vacation experiences in the United States.

Just an amazing drive through Rocky Mountain National Park. Travel the road in both directions because the views are different.

Give yourself lots of time! At the Alpine Visitor Center, take the time to climb the small hill with the stairway...it's worth it if only to accomplish something outside your car
