Had 2 enjoyable dinners here while staying at the lodge. In addition to a varied menu, the portions were plentiful. Duck, salmon and roast pork were all delicious and the house-baked desserts (cinnamon apple pie and marionberry crisp) topped off a great meal.
What really impressed us was how hard the hostess worked to clear and reset tables and seat parties on a busy night in a small dining room. She was cheerful throughout, despite many competing demands - worked her tail off! We were an hour late arriving the first night due to weather (and underestimating distances when you are traveling on 2-lane roads), yet she was able to fit us in. A big thanks!
Best to reserve in advance. (There aren't other options in the off-season without traveling about 30 minutes.)
