This "resort" consisted of cabins with no TV's, a hot spring pool and a mediocre restraunt. If you are Ok with no cell phone reception and just relaxing with a book, you will love this. i did not love this. however, the cabins were clean and the staff was friendly. No toiletries provided in rooms.

Went to the hot springs with a large family group and stayed in the River Suite. The accommodations themselves were pretty good and it worked out for our group. The location is in the national forest, so it was beautiful. Several nice hikes to be had. The hot spring themselves are not appealing at all. Thee round, turquoise, concrete pools with vary degree levels. The pools are crowded, noisy and kinda gross. I know they close them every so many hours to clean them out, but we were just beyond excited to shower and scrub. Not going back.

There is a large swimming pool, which was busy and cold. We skipped it. ALSO: No cell service and no phones in accommodations. Supposedly there is a pay phone in the main building. I would hate for there to be a real emergency.

Your room is an individual cabin -- rather basic but with everything one needs. The restaurant is fine, especially the complimentary breakfast was excellent, as was the butternut squash dish on the dinner menu.

The best features are the unbeatble location, deep in the woods of Olympic National Park, and the fabulous swimming pools and hot tubs.

This is a child-friendly place (for better or worse)

Cabins are spartan, but beds were comfortable enough. Our thermostat didn't work and we roasted all night and our dresser was jammed shut and wouldn't open or close. But whatever, it is a gorgeous location, with fab hiking, so fine, it is a little on the plain side. But the pools were awful. Sulphur smells, I knew that going in, but it was overcrowded (people other than guests can pay to use the baths) and there was so much (sorry) HAIR floating in the water, we got out and showered and took to the hiking paths. Maybe we're just not cool-euro enough, but yikes, it was so gross. Never, ever, ever again. Also- locker rooms were filthy, smelly and shower (one large for all) was plugged, by, what else? hair and there was five inches of standing water in there. Ickx5. I'd camp in a nearby campsite with an RV (bears= no tent for me) and enjoy the amazing scenery, but don't waste money on the 'resort'.

I recently got back from the resort and it was nothing like you hear. The rooms were disgusting and were NEVER cleaned. The restraunt was anything but decent, the food was sub-par and the service in the restraunt was pathetic. They have one actual hike within walking distance unless you plan on walking 4 miles uphill for a "fun" time. Also, the food is overpriced and the people there were just rude. Please, by all means, never go to this so-called "resort."
