“Fantastic views of the National Park”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 4, 2013

Ski resort in Winter, walkers paradise in summer! Ride the Gondola to the peak and get a fantastic view of Mount Rainier and other mountains. Plenty of walks in the area or tide the Gondola back to the base station. There are a couple of good restaurants on site. The drive through the National Park is a must to round of your visit.

“great for locals”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 14, 2013

It is a low end ski resort and is best suited for locals. The lodging is minimal with service non-existant. Even the people who work there do not know where the lodges are. no map, had to run around to find location of the lodge I reserved. I booked the best room, which was such a disappointment. The lodges are noisy and only food option is in Alpine so you have to walk alot to get to it if you stay in the other. I found the online sight to be minimal and was not helpful.

“Great terrain, friendly people. Weekdays are great!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 6, 2013

The terrain and runs are great. Well groomed runs with plenty of back country, tracked out soon. The lift tickets and the food is pricey! No lines during the week and we were done after 4 hours!

“Fun at the snow!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2013

It is a great place to ski or snowboard close to Seattle! There are different trails and gondolas.
It is a bit crowed but I managed to get a good snowboard.
The price for all day lift is $67.00 so it is better to buy the year pass if you want to ski/ snowboard more than one time through out the season.
There is a brown bag area, so bring your own snacks!

“Very good skiing”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 22, 2013 via mobile

Very good skiing - road up clean and easy to drive (despite one fool that ended up 5 feet in the ditch). The expert terrain was good, but the lift closed at 3:00... The main mountain lifts closed at 3:30 and the last one with intermediate and easy slopes only at 4:30 despite sunset about 6:00. Disappointing that you basically only have 6 hours to ski what most people came for - expert terrain. Keep the lifts open until closing time!
