We are foodies from San Francisco and love food above and beyond expectations, Upon the recommendation of a friend we booked dinner at the lodge for one evening in September, for two. The food was not outstanding by any stretch of culinary imagination and 5 courses is way too many in this day and age. With one bottle of middle priced wine our tab exceeded $350.00 which in San Francisco would have been dinner with appetizers at Gary Danko, Masa, Jardeniere , et all.
Lovely room, setting very good service but not worthy of the price.
