I took a guided tour of Mormon Row off Antelope Flats Road one early morning and saw Bison, Antelope, Sage Grouse, a Bull Moose, several kinds of Hawks, and other birds. Mormon Row, off of Antelope Flats Road is not paved, and you can make a drive on four sides of the square if you wish to. A high clearance vehicle would be recommended, but if you don't have one, with caution and good weather, you should be fine. Early morning is the best time to see Antelope and birds, late afternoon is best for the Bison. There is a very famous barn - the Moulton Barn that is very accessible, and well photographed for calendars. You can walk around the grounds, and in and out of the barn. There are no restroom facilities there, so plan accordingly. I would recommend a short trip up Antelope Flats Road to Mormon Row while you are in Grand Teton.
