Moose Wilson Road is loaded with wildlife. Black Bear and Moose. But folks this is not a zoo so enjoy from a distance. We had to watch 4 wildlife photographers chase a black bear up a tree and stress it out. I appreciate their art and craft but not at the expense of the animal. Get a longer lens or longer binocs if you have to get closer. Kudos to the park rangers for handling the situation.
Plus if you get too close the animals may not like it and you end up on an episode of "When Vacations Attack."

Really great park, we have visited many of the National Parks and this is one of the best. Very nice drive which allows you to see almost everything you want to. A lot of wildlife everywhere, mountains are awe inspiring. Highly recommended!

We spent 2 days Sept 10th and 11th at Grand Teton. We love there is not as busy as Yellowstone. Be able to look at the mountain so close is just wonderful. We wish the Jackson Lake can be at a higher level, that will make the view more amazing. However, we still love we did go to Grand Teton as we saw a lot of animals and bald egles.
If you are a hiker or love riding bike, you will love love love it.

My family and I (including two boys ages 11 and 13) visited this park along with the lower loop of Yellowstone in June of 2013. If you have the chance to visit, please take advantage of seeing one of the most beautiful places in America. Photos are not the same thing as being there to experience the beauty of the mountains and both National Parks in person. We will definitely be back to visit again.

Views not as great as Yellowstone NP, but that is our opinion. Very nice mountain views. Nice campground ( only one with an available site) at Coulter Bay.
