Owner description: Tallest mountain in the Grand Teton Range.
Reviewed July 23, 2013

There's no other mountain range like this in the continental US!
As the youngest mountains they have the sharpest peaks!
As you drive through the park they are constantly in view.
Lots of interpretive pull overs to enjoy the views.
Just stand in awe in front of them and breath in the clean, fresh air!
It's good for the soul!

This is one of the best places i have ever been to. Being at the valley of the great mountain range offers unique views. the rivers and lakes provide awesome reflections early in the morning, chance to see wild life etc etc makes this one of my favorite places.
I am photography enthusiast, this place made my endeavor perfect!!! given a chance, I will go back

My husband, son, and I hiked around Phelps Lake and took some random off-shoot trails, including Death Canyon, for an amazing 12 mile hike. It was incredible. We saw wildlife and were alone for most of the hike. All of the trails are clearly marked, and you are really out in the wild, which is what we wanted. We heard about Jenny Lake, but for us that was just too crowded. You don't have to hike for 6 hours like we did, and can make it a shorter hike if you want. If you don't like crowds and want to see some incredible landscape, this is the hike for you!

After enduring Yellowstone at the busiest gaper time of the year, Grand Teton felt like a more natural and relaxed National Park. In my opinion, the scenery is more impressive too. The Teton Range views are incredible. There's so much to do but one of the highlights of our trip was renting a boat from Signal Mountain and spending an hour or two cruising Jackson Lake. After a hike, reward yourself with a cocktail on the deck of the Blue Heron at the Jackson Lake Lodge. The backdrop is unbelievable!

Wonderful national Park. We enjoyed the slow drive through the park. Views of the Grand Tetons are great.
