Took the red shuttle bus to see the points of interest and viewpoints along the Hermits Rest route, as you cannot drive your car during summer-fall months. All the pictures we took don't do the Grand Canyon justice. It's something you have to experience.

This was our first trip to see the Grand Canyon. We were on our way from Phoenix to Las Vegas. We drove past/through the South Rim... not much to see from the road, but every rest stop/observation area, had breathtaking views. I hear the North Rim is even nicer... can't wait to go back and actually do some hiking or other activities. We even saw some wildlife.

The Grand Canyon is amazing, and there's no way to do it justice. Grand Canyon National Park is really nicely done -- they don't over-do it on railings, leaving views mostly wide open and people at their own risk. We took some good advice, though, to enter the park for the first time through the East entrance, starting at the Watchtower and doing the Desert View Scenic Drive .... Terrific advice!

We took a tour from the Hyatt time share in Sedona and have to say it was awe-inspiring and breathtaking. There really are no words to describe it.

It's so big, it's almost too big to take in! I think you need to see it on a sunny day to get the best out of the experience.
