“Breathtaking views and some great hikes!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 12, 2011

We drove up to Logan Pass on the Going To The Sun Highway. we got lucky and found a parking spot real quick. We took the hike all the way down to Hidden Lake. In August we hiked across several snow fields and down through the trees to the lake. You have plenty of company up to the overlook but after that there is plenty of solitude to allow for enjoying the scenery and the wildlife. The ride up and down to the pass is filled with waterfalls and great views. Don't forget your camera.

“Hidden Lake Hike at Logan Pass -- Must do for everyone”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 1, 2011

We hiked this trail on a beautiful afternoon, August 19, 2011. The trail is 1.5 miles (3 miles roundtrip) but it is pleasant and easy. We saw some of the most beautiful sites. Saw elk, mountain goats and the finale was Hidden Lake. We hiked on snow part way but overall was very comfortable hiking. Please do this gorgeous hike (not sure other times of year, but this was wonderful in August.)

“Logan Pass great for base for hikes and photos”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 22, 2011

Spectacular country all around Logan Pass. There is a visitor's center, parking lot and Port-a-Potties. A jump-off point for many hiking trails, or just wandering down trails a way for photos. Get there early if you plan on longer hikes as the parking lots fill up.

“Completed our first family hike”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 15, 2011

While the drive was not overally fun, especially with two young children, we lucked out and got parking. We learned that the hike to the Hidden Lake was 1.5miles and decided to go for it. As the mom, I carried our 2 year old and my husband carried our 4 year old at time, although she walked most of it herself. The hiked is met with stairs, snow covered hills, a creek and wild life up close a personal. Bring water, snacks and hiking sticks if possible.
