This is entertaining for the older crowd. My husband and I enjoyed the food and desert. It was very good if you can get past the idea of having a dozen people touching your plate as they pass it back and forth to fill it up. We were both grossed out by it so it kind of ruined it for us. Watching the elderly people sing and be entertained was fun. I wouldn't do this (young or old) unless you use your buy one get one free coupon from the Northern lights (or similar) coupon book.

Wasn't sure how good this would be but we were pleasantly surprised. Food was plentiful and great tasting. The show was funny and interactive. So glad we went! Good family night out in Denali

Family style dinner and show. The waitstaff are the actors and actresses in the show. The play is about how Denali came to be. It makes for a fun time for all ages.

The diner of salad, ribs, salmon, corn potatoes and baked beans is very good. I particularly enjoyed the ribs. The berry crumble was a good desert. Everything is included except soft drinks, alcohol, and an extra bit dot the waitstaff. If you are coming with a tour group book early. If you are an independent, get tickets early. Be prepared to have a good old time.

Meal was good and salmon was great.
Wait staff was sassy and made for an interactive experience.
You are served "boarding house" style (shared serving of food) and sit on benches rather than chairs, so be aware. Added to the ambiance.

Theatre group got some of the audience involved a real bonus.

Well worth the trip

I see that people have given mixed reviews and can understand why. The atmosphere is rowdy and very rustic. If you are an outdoors type and up for being a bit silly, you will like this. If not then you would be better off to go a different direction. I do think they need to scale down the story line a bit to make it more enjoyable. The singers/actors were very good but the writers of the skit make it longer than necessary. The food was served home style and was yummy! Really great salmon and ribs and everyone at our table had seconds. I agree it is a bit pricey and if didn't have the Northern Lights BOGO coupon book we would not have considered it. Glad we did though as it was a fun night.
