As my husband said, "It's okay to be rustic on the outside but not the inside." This place is very like what you would have stayed in for summer camp. I loved the actual little cabins, but the beds were pretty uncomfortable and the open ceiling between the bathroom and sleeping area meant no real privacy. The showers are in the room, but very small and there's not any place to sit anything in them. Also, a couple of basic hooks on the wall beside the sink area would be a huge help for hanging towels and toiletry bags. No hairdryer in the room, but I was able to get one in the cabin office. Obviously, very few TV options as far as channels go. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal but we were there during the Olympics and I really wanted to catch up on them at night. We were able to watch some of them in the bar in the restaurant. The restaurant was nice and we both enjoyed a dinner there. I would say, go prepared to be slightly above a national park shelter and you'll be fine. The guy that worked in the cabin office was very nice and helpful in everything I asked.
