We were in Bryce 'City' for 2 nights and the first night the food was just about tolerable, but the 2nd was poor. This is the only restaurant in Bryce 'City' (if you don't want the cowboy show at Ebenezer's) and seems to cater only for coach parties that have pre-paid meal vouchers for the buffet. I'm not a fan of buffet food at the best of times, but the whole dining area gave me flashbacks to school dinners. The 'al-a-carte' fare consisting of typical burgers, fries etc wasn't much better, but at least I didn't feel overcharged for food I didn't really want to eat. We'd been in Torrey for Capitol Reef NP prior to this and had fantastic food for such a small town. It's a shame that Ruby's feels its monopoly on Bryce justifies making so little effort with food. My advice, get a room with a microwave and buy a microwave meal.
