This is the place to go to watch the sunrise.....of course, you will need to know the time of the sunrise and get up early enough to get there. Great vantage point.

It is an exciting view how the sun rises far away.
We have come too early - havent checked the time of a sunrise, had to wait abour 1.5 hours, but in half an hour the parking space was already full. And it is very very cold there at night - so take warm clothes with you ;)

This was awe inspiring. Imagining how nature could create this magnificent sculpture is truly amazing and visually very appealing. There is so much to see here. Hard to take it all in in just one day. Would like to go back again.

Wonderful colors of course and still a nice view throughout the day. Good point to start some of the morning trails.

Great photo op, in a place full of photo ops. The signs were informative, and it was super breezy. Nice short stop.

Watched the sunrise through some clouds but the real show I believe is watching it light up the Amphitheater behind you. The colors change so quickly it’s spectacular. A bit of a climb if you are easily winded but paved. Saw many deer here at sunrise, too.

This is where the buses and tourists go if you don't hike or are not active. The views are to die for lots of hoodoos and the amphitheater to tak pictures of.

Get there early in the morning, you won’t be sorry. Great place to start your exploration of Bryce National Park. A rising sun casts it’s special nuances around the west rim early in the day. Sure glad we made the effort to get there early. The included pictures give you an idea but the proof is going there and actually seeing for yourself!

Incredibly the views from each of the points of the same amphitheater are so different. Take the time to see the views from each of the points along the rim. Well worth getting up in the morning to see the sunrise.

I'm not sure about the name of this location. I felt that we were facing west as we could clearly see the sun setting while we were there. It is beautiful.
