Stayed one night at the Lodge. Room was great - cool balcony and comfy rustic room. Always impressed with the lodges in NP's - this one was definitely worth the cost. Be sure to book way in advance. great!

We stayed one night in a western cabin with our two teens and couldn't have been happier. We walked over to the rim in the evenings which took about two minutes. The room itself had a ceiling fan, fireplace, bathroom plus an extra sink/vanity in a walk in closet. While there was no AC it cooled down at night and was very comfortable. There was also a small round table and chairs to eat at. We stopped at a small grocery in Tropic, UT to pick up some food. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We heated up the food we bought and ate in the room before heading out to watch the sun set at the rim. The area was quiet at night. There was an ice machine near our room so we were able to fill our cooler before heading the next day to camp in Zion. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the this lodge but feel that there should have been more eating options. You can eat at the Lodge which is expensive or at the pizzeria which was crowded and understaffed. The pizzeria only had pizza, salads and some bagels and muffins. Coffee or tea was $3 in the lobby! We did have pretty good internet which was a surprise. For such a major lodge in Bryce, I would have expected a bit more.

The lodge was comfortable and very close to the canyon and trailheads. We stayed in the Sunrise Motel which is easy walking distance to the actual lodge and restaurant. The biggest problem was extremely poor WiFi availability. Very weak signal even in the lodge and often get disconnected. Restaurant was good, with exception of breakfast buffet, which was pretty basic and somewhat unappetizing.

We only spent one night at the lodge, but it was a special experience. We had our own fireplace, peaceful surroundings that was a few minutes from the Sunset point. Lovely! We will return for sure. Visit this place and explore.
