“Hike away!”
Reviewed January 14, 2014

Fun trail! Took my six year old and had a great time hiking it. Didn't complete the whole thing (turned around) but what we did of it was fun. We did the ladder together and didn't have a problem!

“My favorite trail”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

Love this trail! Good variety of views, with a beautiful high overlook at the end. Not too long but lots of fun. I've usually found it deserted too, though it's very near the road. There are a couple places where you need to watch your step carefully if you have smaller kids, and the end overlook is best avoided if you're afraid of heights.

“Short but not easy...”
Reviewed October 21, 2013

If you don't fear heights and aren't put off by steep and sometimes narrow footing then I would definitely reccomend this trail. The rope/ladder going down can be a little awkard..but I usually find the descent seems harder then going up anyway.
Views at the end are priceless.

“Better up than down.”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

Don't be intimidated by the rope ladder. My wife was 4 months pregnant and had little trouble going up. Its a bit more difficult coming down, but as long as you get over your fears its ok. The views are well worth it!

“Simply a Must Do”
Reviewed October 3, 2013

Footing can be treacherous, but the sights and views are incredible. Short (a mile one way) but strenuous (steep, slippery, and a log ladder). Nice reward at end.
