Thank you for taking the time to add your review on Diana Hotel and for sharing your personal thoughts with us. First of all we would like to thank you for pointing out some positives aspects about us.
We are very sorry to hear that the hotel did not satisfy you.
I am very surprised with regards to your review on our breakfast. Our breakfast type is enlarged continental buffet. Τhe lady in the restaurant do the very best to offer you a fresh and hot breakfast. Even though the manager of the hotel asked you if everything is ok and if you need something more for your breakfast, you answered that everything was ok and you are full. We wish we had a notice from you on the spot so we could rectify your issues and keep you happy.
Regarding the bad weather, the raining and the wind for two days in the island was to strong and unstopped. Our staff was there to solve any problem coming from the bad weather. As we checked the next day the crash was from the balcony door of the adjoining room, which was occupied. Further to your complain our maintenance visited your room and checked everything. The housekeeper and the technician checked the bathroom but they didn’t spot any problem or smells, The Reception lady asked you if you would like to change room but you refused to take this option.
We will be more than happy if we sincerely to give us another opportunity to welcome you back.
