We were lucky enough to be the only two people on a tour this morning (many other places may have cancelled due to lack of interest - especially on a Friday morning at the end of September!).
We were kitted out with safety equipment (something we'd not been given, other than a helmet, when taking part before elsewhere) then taken to a practise area - a safety briefing given before even handling the segway, then as much practical experience as necessary to ensure our safety & that of the segway before being taken out on our tour. This gave us every confidence in our instructors capabilities & professionalism.
We had a great time, had some laughs, a couple of falls (our own fault & no serious harm done - except to egos!) and an exhilarating ride - thank you Neil.
