Description: We are a village pub that serves traditional, homemade food using locally sourced ingredients. Our large dining area makes us perfect for special occasions and functions. We also have four en-suite bedrooms with newly refurbished bathrooms. We are a short drive to riverside towns Pershore, Evesham and Stratford. Worcester and Cheltenham are also in close proximity.

Very good menu, with nice mix of traditional and new. Stone cooking for steaks, etc. Beer always good though usually only two real ales. Plenty of lager, cider and excellent though pricey wines.

Restaurant is modern and comfortable usually with an open fire when cold. Farmers; Bar is fine for a few drinks with mates or pint and bar snack.

Staff are very good and helpful.

Great food, very good beer.....for those San Miguel drinkers! A nice place with super friendly staff. I eat here all the time, have stayed a few times I. The rooms-basic but clean and low cost.

Stunning steaks, minute changes all the time and one to visit.

had a wonderful lunch last month with my father and sister. Great food, all local, good portions, and reasonable value. Lovely interior to this pub, all modern but interesting features on the walls and the most amazing fireplace in the middle of the restaurant which made it feel very cosy even though the restaurant is quite large. Would definitely recommend!

After reading the reviews we were looking forward to trying the restaurant as we now live not too far away. Was very impressed by the restaurant area decor, bistro-like and welcoming, very busy and a big buzz of atmosphere.

The menu looked inviting and varied, and showed promise. Of the two courses we had, our main topic of conversation was how bland it all tasted, there was no depth of flavour and looking at other peoples plates it all looked a bit out of the freezer, into the fryer, onto the plate-type fayre.

We had space for a dessert (something that never usually happens as we are generally full) and both ordered the dark chocolate and orange cheesecake. A cream coloured concoction arrived, and we questioned the waitress as we thought she had bought the plates. We were expecting a dark chocolate lush dessert, it tasted neither of chocolate or orange. I have been known to make my own desserts and I cannot understand something listed as dark chocolate and orange, look and taste sooooo bland.

We will give it a second chance but the title sums it up.

The Bell in Eckington near Pershore, Worcester is a village pub with clean modern feel. We stayed for two nights when going to a friends wedding nearby. The room was very small and basic, but very clean and adequate. The breakfast was sourced from local butchers and suppliers and was delightful. The staff were accomodating and even though we arrived very late, after 11pm, they were happy to receive us. There is also plenty of parking. At £65 per night for a double ensuite room (albeit a very small one) and breakfast, I would recommend this to anyone.
