This B&B really does live up to its rave reviews and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We have stayed at many B&Bs at this price point or above, and Bindon Bottom takes some beating! The amazing attention to detail...the well stocked hospitality tray...the useful and thoughtful supply of toiletries...the detailed 'handbook' giving information about local restaurants etc. I could go on. The room was spottlessly clean, spacious, warm and tastefully furnished. We stayed in the Hardy room where we relaxed on comfy chairs in the bay window and enjoyed the lovely view. The breakfast was plentiful and very well cooked with everyhting you could possibly wish for! Bindon Bottom is a short 10 minute walk from Lulworth Cove. We'd love to return one day. Thank-you to our lovely hosts for making us feel so welcome - and spoiled!

Just come back from a four night Easter Break at Bindon Bottom B&B. As soon as you arrive you were made to feel extremely welcome by Lisa and Clive and we just knew it was going to be a lovely place to stay and it was. The rooms are very clean and decorated to make you feel very relaxed. The views both front and back are lovely looking over the hills. Clive cooks an extremely tasty breakfast which is served in their delightful dinning room with fantistic views over the local countryside. Lisa has taken a lot of care and attention to little extras which you may need during your stay. Definitely a good find and we will be staying there again and so should you!

I am always dubious about finding accomodation on the Internet but this B&B really lives up to it's reputation. My husband and I decided to go away for our first wedding anniversary and we were certainly not disappointed. Not only do Lisa and Clive have a fantastic place that is clean, well-looked after and in a beautiful location, but they are superb hosts. The breakfast is delicious, you sit at a different table every day so that you a given the opportunity to enjoy breakfast looking out of the bay window and Lisa & Clive provide all sorts of added little extras. There are also a collection of local maps and books to browse. The fresh milk and access to a small fridge were another added bonus (as I detest UHT milk) as were wine glasses and the little cakes. Clive and Lisa don't have to provide all of these extras but they all add up to make it an excellent stay. ThIs is the best B&B we have stayed in! :-)

Spent two days at this very lovely house in late March to celebrate my birthday.. Staying with three friends it felt like our own private b& b: Lisa and Clive have created a beautiful place , the quality and style of the decor and fittings is a triumph and the care and attention that has been paid to every aspect is evident throughout. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable - the bed difficult to leave, and the breakfast room with the open fire provided a very cosy setting for our evening bridge sessions and Clive's delicious hand made breakfasts. Lisa's knowledge of the locality was very helpful, offering us walking suggestions and excellent eating options for the evening. A real find in this stunning part of Dorset. Book early!

Room Tip: Stayed on the top floor in Keats: lovely views onto the hills.

Found this little Gem via tripadvisor. The reality proved to exceed our expectations! lulworth cove is beautiful - a lovely little gem on the coast of Dorset!

Lisa and Clive were very welcoming and made us feel instantly at home! Absolutely LOVED the fact that Lisa has a distaste for UHT milk and so provides fresh milk for a cup of tea in your room - if only all hotels thought like this!

Our room was immaculate, and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable - almost too comfortable, we slept like babies. The decoration of the rooms, and the breakfast room were all to a very high standard. We enjoyed the DVD library they provide for Guests to borrow - given the weather was not the greatest outside. However, the loveliness of Bindon Bottom more than compensated for the grimness outside!

We couldn't recommend Bindon Bottom more.. great welcome, clean, comfortable - Lisa and Clive are great hosts, full of good humour, happy to help and extremely welcoming... Get booking!

My wife and I were looking for a B & B in Dorset for a few days away in March and a Google search one Sunday evening brought up amongst endless others, Bindon Botton B & B - next stop Tripadvisor which provided us with endless perfect ratings and comments. I contacted Bindon Bottom that same night speaking to Lisa to book the Keats Room. From that initial contact we knew we had already made the correct decision in booking Bindon Bottom as Lisa's manner was warm and friendly and she seemed genuinely delighted that we had decided to choose to stay with her and Clive.

I can only echo 100% all the other reviews on this site. Bindon Bottom B & B is a perfect place to stay and is ideally placed in the small village of Lulworth Cove on the Dorset Jurassic Coast.

It never felt like we were staying in a business type establishment but honestly felt like we were staying with friends. Lisa and Clive are perfect hosts making you feel extremely welcome from the moment you are greeted on arrival at the front door.

Our room was delightful with great views over the countryside and having a newly refurbished en-suite. Very comfy bed and quality linen. Chocolates, Cookies, Crisps, Tea and Coffee all available in room and replenished daily and lots and lots of other little touches that just make your stay that bit more perfect.

Breakfast consisted of high quality produce and the Dorset breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented. (Thanks Clive for the provision of Mr Organic Tomato Ketchup so much better than the 57 variety brand)

I could go on and on about how great Bindon Bottom B & B is but the only way you are going to know for yourselves is to go and stay and enjoy Lisa and Clive's warm hospitality, lovely home and this exceptional B & B for yourselves - you will truly not be disappointed.

This is truly the jewel in the Jurassic coast! We stayed here for a birthday treat and it exceeded all my hopes - a wonderfully comfortable family home with exquisite decor and amazing attention to detail. Everything one could possibly need has been provided (including daily truffles and home-made biscuits) and the wonderful breakfasts are both healthy and delicious. Lisa and Clive are perfect hosts, friendly and informative but never intrusive. The Barrie room suited us perfectly and we would urge anyone contemplating a stay here to book without delay. Longing to return soon!
