“A real tripadvisor find!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 12, 2013

As two Geographers we felt ashamed the that we had never been to Lulworth Cove....so we decided that our Christmas present to each other was a weekend away in Lulworth. I researched Tripadvisor and found Lisa & Clive as the best - so I went for it! Was I disappointed? No, don't be silly!!! It was fantastic, everything I had hoped for. The reviews are spot on and I have nothing to add other than don't hesitate, book it! When we went in March it was quiet and many facilities in the village were closed - but that did not detract from our experience. We ate both nights in the Castle Pub at the top of the village and both meals were brilliant....and filling! The beers/ciders were exTensive, wines exPensive! No option to buy a bottle and drink in our stunning accommodation as the village shop was closed. However we would fully recommend staying here.....whatever time of the year!

Amazing b&b, fantastic hosts, attention to detail was impressive. B&b was immaculate, clean, comfortable and modern. Nice products in the bathroom, lovely to have a fluffy robe! Homemade flapjacks and biscuits were a real treat, as we're the little chocolates! Loved the top quality breakfast! Would have loved to stay longer! Thank you!

Room Tip: Lovely big room with fantastic views in the front of the house

Stayed here as a base for a short walking holiday. Perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding, quiet room with wifi that worked flawlessly and beautifully presented & tasty breakfast. Above all this B&B is immaculately clean & tidy with absolutely nothing out of place. Lisa and Clive are charming hosts who pay meticulous attention to detail. It's also within easy walking distance of places to eat and drink in the evening, so an ideal location. A real pleasure to stay there and very much hope to make a return visit soon.

If you are even considering staying here then just book it now. We have stayed in many B and Bs over the past few years and this one was really superb. Real attention to detail. Fresh milk and a fridge in the room. Wine glasses with a cooler and tea towel - nice touch. Fresh baking to go with the tea and coffees in the room. Our room was beautifully presented. And yet the B and B didn't feel stuffy in any way. Lisa and Clive were helpful especially adapting breakfast times to suit the runners of a local marathon. Healthy organic mueslis, fruit compote and yoghurt at breakfast in addition to a great non-greasy cooked breakfast. Even the bread was fab. Fire crackling away over breakfast. And my favourite little touch a small map on each breakfast table to help you plan your day. Perfect! ..... Already planning a return visit....

Probably the best B&B experience I have ever had: Lisa and Clive have found the perfect balance in their wonderful attention to detail, comfort, and hospitality, so that a stay at Bindon Bottom feels like staying with friends in an incredibly beautiful home in a stunning location. The rooms are delightfully appointed and incredibly comfortable, with truffles, biscuits, snacks left on a daily basis to go with brews of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. Breakfast is simply a feast not to be missed, whether one opts for the fabulous array of organic muesli, yoghurts, and fruits, or keeps room for Clive's wonderful cooked breakfasts. Lisa and Clive are available in a perfect way that is genuinely friendly, and never intrusive, with provision of a wealth of local information, including a print out at breakfast each morning of weather forecast and tides. Just the best ever...

Room Tip: I 'm sure that Lisa and Clive have already figured out how to make your stay perfect in which ev...

A reall winner! All the reviews reflect the exceptional service delivered at Bindon Bottom. We stayed in the Hardy room and enjoyed the wonderful views from the bedroom with mugs of hot chocolate and the delicious biscuits left for us. A homely feel, genuine welcome, real fires crackling and exceptional service all made out stay wonderful. Delicious breakfast with quality products, - a real tasty treat that kept us going all day!! Certainly the added extras helped to make the difference. The walk at night to the bistro was great fun and helped by the torches provided. We recommend the Dandelion bistro for lovely food and excellent service. Totally recommend Bindon Bottom - you won't be disappointed

Room Tip: Hardy room - views to die for whilst sitting down sipping mugs of tea

All the reviews read might make you think, what it is about this place thats so great. Everything you'd expect from quality B&B is there plus much more! From amazing furnishing and super comfy beds to perfect hosts and delicious breakfast. We stayed in the most charming room ever, on the second floor, it was spotless clean and smelled amazing as the rest of the house actually. Tea and coffee making facilities with fresh cookies, milk - fresh in a mini fridge. In the wardrobe a basket with all you might have forgotten stuff: toothbrush, shaving gel, plasters, flu medicine, facial wipes and so on. Breakfast - yummy and in a great atmosphere. I could go on. Special place for what it turned out special occasion as I got engaged that weekend. Thank you Lisa and Clive for amazing stay and the card :-)
