Our business has been completely driven by customer demand, and we aim to uphold that relationship by working to create outstanding beer and make it available as far and wide as possible. The BrewPub The BrewPub serves wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches and burgers, and entrees that can all be paired with beer brewed next door in The Brewery. “Great Brewpub in Erieau”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

My wife and I recently stopped in the Bayside Brewing Co. for a bite and a beer on our way to Erieau Beach for the afternoon. The pub itself is well maintained both inside and out, with a very nice view of Rondeau Bay from the patio, made even better by the smell of the wood-fired oven.

We were immediately greeted by a very friendly hostess who quickly found us a nice seat out on the ‘bay-view’ patio, made us feel welcome, and let us know our server would be by shortly, which she was.

Jordan, our server, was friendly and attentive and she offered up some suggestions for both food and drinks. We settled on the fish and chips and the perch roll, both of which were quite nice, especially the hand-cut chips. We paired our lunch with a pitcher of their home brewed ‘Long Pond’ lager, which was also very good.

Overall, a good experience and will definitely return.

Very nice addition for the Erieau area.

“Popular spot”
Reviewed July 15, 2013

It's a brewery with a nice restaurant and outdoor deck. Had the pizza and it was good although, quite pricey for what you get.

The beer is very good! It's a popular place and reservations are required for the restaurant.

Awesome Restaurant! Food is delicious, must try the wood fire pizzas. They even have a really great gluten free pizza crust. Service isn't crazy fast, so don't go expecting to get out quick. Great patio available for summer dining overlooking the water.

“Disappointed”
Reviewed July 11, 2013

Heard all kinds of great things about the place and when we had good friends visiting we decided to check it out ourselves. You should make reservations especially if you want inside seating. The outside seating has a great view of Rondeau Bay. When we arrived we went to the tasting room and although two beers are usually on tap there was only the lager. It was disappointing and had a "off taste". We ordered the sampler and the beers from the visiting 2 breweries were better. The service was friendly but very slow. The kids loved the wings and pizza. The nachos were fair but not much toppings. The perch roll was average and the pizza crust wasn't what I expect from a wood fired oven. It wasn't bad but just not great. The air conditioning was broken the night we went and it was very, very hot. The rain made the patio a non-option. Disappointed!

“Has Potential”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

It has the potential for being great.... but....
They are a brew pub but the waitress had no idea which beers had the most hops. We had great pizza last time, but the fish & chips was undercooked this time.
The restaurant was "hot" and the air conditioning on the floor cannot keep up to the pizza oven. Outside could be wonderful if the weather was good.
And they add tip to the bill - but base it on the total value + tax??? We might have given that amount, but it's a little tacky to charge it that way.
Probably won't go back.
