Course is well maintained and in great shape. Water on most holes but very playable. Great value and worth the drive!

“Worth the drive”
Reviewed January 16, 2012

Must be the widest fairways in Florida - very enjoyable to play and the nearby British pub in the 'town' square is excellent - right next to the cathedral!

“Fantastic course conditions, watch out for the alligators and the sand flies”
Reviewed May 27, 2009

This course is very new. The front nine winds its way through a residential development which, fortunately, is not in any way intrusive. The back nine is entirely open for the time being and one really gets the feeling of playing golf in the middle of the Everglades.

Mike, our starter was firm but fair and gave us excellent advice:
1. watch out for the alligators;
2. the greens are the key to the course.

We saw alligators in virtually every large body of water on the course but were spared any close encounters, although the sand flies and mosquitoes were quite aggressive. Tee-to-green the course is relatively short and friendly. Once you're on the greens, their size, configuration and speed provide a real challenge.

The only disappointment was the bar/restaurant which served only microwave stuff.

All in all, the great conditioning and the low green fees (we payed $16/player) make this an enjoyable experience.
