My husband and I stayed at Minna-Mosfell guest house for one night and had a delightful stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owners (a couple who also run a farm) who were very friendly. We were pleased to find they had made pancakes for us and stocked the fridge/cupboards with a few items, including some eggs from their farm. The owners were very helpful when we told them we wanted to try and see the Northern Lights, even though it was late in the season. They actually came up and pointed them out to us and we are grateful as we would not have seen them otherwise (we were looking in completely the wrong direction!).
The room we stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated and the beds were very soft and comfortable. The view from the room was lovely - nearby fields with horses in and mountains in the distance. We were lucky to have exclusive access to the shared Kitchen, Dining Room and Bathroom as no-one else was staying that night (although it would have been fine if there were other people).
The guest house is conveniently located in between the Golden Circle attractions and Reykjavik and my husband and I would certainly recommend staying there.
