A bit confusing direction on hotel website from Nankai station, but once you get pass the first milestoneas indicated from the hotel instruction, it was a very smooth and easy walk over to the hotel, which you will not miss with the four statutes in front of the entrance. Hotel staff speaks good English, we were assigned to a smoking room which we are non-smokers, it smelled inside and we tried to spray with the air fresher but it didn't seem to work. It was the long weekend in Japan and the hotel was packed.
Room was small which was as expected as the business hotel standard in Japan.
Offered free umbrella for guest use which we benefited as well, it was raining on our departure day, we bought the umbrella over to Kobe and returned it on our way back to Osaka.
Overall, nice hotel as part of our flight and hotel package.

We stayed here on our first couple of nights in Japan. Found our way here from Namba station from the airport relatively easily ( a little help from the very helpful locals) and welcomed by the friendly staff. On arrival offered the use of the phone to make a couple of calls home and wifi in the lounge/reception. Great location - easy walk to a variety of restaurants, markets and attractions.

We just stayed the one night before flying home. The hotel was in a great location literally 3 minutes from a train station and close to dozens of shops and places to eat. The staff were friendly and gave us excellent advice about getting to sites and the best way to the airport. They were able to sell us an all day rail pass and aquarium tickets in one.
The rooms were clean and comfortable although fairly small with a small bathroom. Breakfast was very era ably priced particularly if you bought your tickets the night before, included Japanese breakfast but also cereal, toast, fruit, bacon and eggs.
