This is clearly a large and reliable hotel, popular with visitors to Disneyland. The property is very much geared up to the local market and signage in English is very limited. Consequently it is difficult to get the most out of the facilities if you are unable to read the menus or hotel literature. It's also worth noting that the rooms are laid out in Japanese traditional fashion, which extends to the bathroom also. WiFi is available for a fee. Being an official hotel, there is a frequent complimentary shuttle to Bayside station of the (chargeable) monorail. A similarly useful feature is the ability to drop off your bags at the Resort Gateway on arrival, leaving you free to enjoy yourself before arriving at the hotel in the evening. Cleanliness and service are fine. Staff are as helpful as is possible.
