My family of four recently stayed at Hilton Tokyo Bay as part of our trip to Japan. Loved this hotel. It was easy to get from Haneda airport - there's an Airport Limousine Bus right in the Arrivals terminal that goes directly to the Tokyo Disney Resort parks and hotels.
The hotel is first-rate with a big, classy lobby with lots of stores inside. As others have noted, the convenience store was a life-saver. Well-stocked with anything you need for your stay. The Disney store was also convenient for those last-minute souvenirs.
We booked the Tower Suite and were happy with our choice. It had a great view of the bay. Although it was very spacious, it was rather stark and plain. Not very luxurious for a suite. However, there was plenty of room for adults and kids. Plus, it was super quiet so we got a good night's sleep every night - very important when traveling overseas. It was great to have a second bathroom (only sink and toilet - no shower), which made it easier to get ready to go out.
The Disney Resort monorail was practically across the street, but beware that the monorail costs money (Adults 250yen and Children 130yen), so plan your travels carefully as it costs money every time you get on the monorail. If you are staying here for a few days, think about getting a monorail pass (prices for passes are posted...My family of four recently stayed at Hilton Tokyo Bay as part of our trip to Japan. Tip: get your park admission tickets at the hotel if possible. They only take cash though (we learned this the hard way). But it will save you a ton of time waiting in line for tickets at the parks.
If you are planning to go to Tokyo, the JR station (Maihama stop) is a few stops away on the monorail. It was simple to navigate the JR line into Tokyo station, which only took about 20 minutes. Toyko station, of course, is central to virtually anywhere you want to go in Japan. Tip: if you are from outside Japan (tourist), look into a Japan Rail Pass. It'll save you a ton of money vs. paying for individual train fares.
Service at the hotel was top-notch and departure was easy as well. You can buy the airport limo bus tickets from the Bell Desk, but be sure to schedule your departing bus in advance.
Overall, a great stay in very comfortable surroundings. We'd definitely stay here again.More
