Close to downtown Tokyo, inexpensive room, friendly service, clean room.

What more do you need?

There wasn't anything amazing, but I had no problems with check in or staying for a few nights. The East side of the station was a little shady, but the West side was colorful and full of shops. Heading up to Shinagawa station and on into Tokyo was no problem.

My windows basically looked at the building next door, but I don't rent hotel rooms for the scenery ;p Some of the other with me were more fortunate in their windows placement.

Stayed two nites, rooms are small but clean. Staff was very accomodating and nice. Close to mall, train & bus station. At night there is an very active nite life; many bars and clubs. Appearded very safe. The hotel has a very decent and inexpensive buffet breakfast. It was nice that the hotel has a business center with internet and printing services for free.

Must get the largest room if with two or more people. Not a great location for a family unless staying overnite to take cab to airport...about 3300 yen...taxis will try and ask for more. Train station convenent if have less luggage. No pool or fitness center and many resturants in area, both fast food and more expensive.
