Asakusa was very traditional. I love the place. It's a must see when you are in Tokyo. There were souvenirs, foods, costume outfit. I like it a lot here.

If you are near the temple then you must visit the shrine. Lovely to walk around and soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the traditional art.

I went with a tour group and spend about 1 hour there. It was nice walking through and learning about it from our tour guide. I might go back again

Small shrine, close to the temple worth a visit if nearby. Some interesting pained glass lamps with traditional and modern Japanese art.
