Between the service, the live jazz, and the food, it was an amazing evening.

The management, hostesses, and wait staff made every desire come true. You really do get what you pay for here. We enjoyed the 5-course tasting menu along with a personalized bar space. We made a couple wine pairing substitutions, but the menu was sublime.

And unlike the high-end Marriott properties, who have really hurt their luxury guests by restricting cigar smoking, the Hyatt knows how to cater to us. I could not have enjoyed this evening more. Arigatou gozaimasu Park Hyatt and friends!

We tried two different steaks here, we split both and it was the best decision we ever made. We are from the US, and we tried the typical USDA tenderloin from Nebraska and it was fantastic, better than any filet mignon we’ve ever had anywhere else. (We are from Texas and we have tried a LOT of steaks!)

The other one we tried was the Kumamoto Premium Wao Sirloin - so happy we made this decision to venture out our comfort zone and what we know. It was delicious. Very marbleized, and you could taste it, and my goodness, it was succulent.

Tobias is the manager and he was also our server. Impeccable service.

Oh, and the White Oak cab was so good.
And we finished off with the Chocolate Fondant- like a molten chocolate cake.

Views were stunning, you can see so much, even see planes landing into Haneda Airport, which added a unique look to the views.

After re-watching "Lost in Translation" on the flight to Japan, I decided we had to visit the Park Hyatt Hotel and see where Bill and Scarlet met. The lunch at the New York Grill is a great way to enjoy this special place without breaking the bank. The food was excellent and the service was very professional and friendly. Our window table afforded spectacular views over Tokyo. We lingered over coffee and dessert to end a lovely meal.

What a place! When you enter, the view is overwhelming and the setting just stunning. The food selection is classic - and the execution excellent. The service is very friendly and extremely efficient - Tobias Schreiner, the German Manager of Grill and Bar, has an outstanding support team in the kitchen and on the floor. Please do not forget to order desert, it’s absolutely worth it. And then indulge in the bar for jazz and brilliant cocktails. I‘ve been to Tokyo three times - and have not missed this place a single time. And I won’t in the future. Enjoy, but book in advance.

Amazing dinner with amazing views. Food & service faultless, cocktails amazing. Very pricey.

Window seats only available to couples so make sure you book in advance & request a window. We had a group of 3 people. 2 chose the 5 course set menu, everyone enjoyed everyone one of their meals...which is very rare for our group. I had 2 appetisers & a main. Everyone left feeling very full.
Total cost for 3 people with drinks was around $1700AUD you could easily do this a little cheaper, less drinks, not so many courses.
