Top hotel experience in Tokyo

My favourite hotel in Tokyo so I stayed here again for 6 night this time with family. Location isn't the best as it is not close to Shinjuku station but hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to/from. Distance from Shinjuku station also provides the serenity I am looking for in big city like Tokyo. Service is FLAWLESS, the staff genuinely care about you and regularly delight you. They are super responsive in answering your needs too. Upon my arrival, I was offered in-room check in, with the room set up exactly as expected (with a roll away), and offered delicious fruits and sweets that my kids LOVE! The room is of high quality with a very clean and minimalist design - again just the style I love. View is spectacular and working out in the gym overlooking Tokyo is rather enjoyable. This will remain my top choice in Tokyo

Amazing place !!

Best hotel inTokyo !! I spent 2 perfect days in that beautiful hotel. The view is amazing !! The evening in the New-York bar is very nice and the Koshu restaurant is to be done absolutely. The swimming pool is impressive !

I love this place!

Beautiful,. Comfortable bed, immaculate room, stylish shower door, and exceptional staff. Great location and very comfortable to walk around the downtown area. Staff was so friendly and made check in and check out so easy. I loved the coffee shop downstairs and the variety of coffee in the room. Towels and sheets were first class. Loved this place.

Perfect Experience! Stay here. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I visited the Park Hyatt for two nights in July. The entire staff at the Park Hyatt were amazing in their care and service. From arriving at the hotel to our departure we felt that we were pampered with their thoughtfulness. I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels and the Park Hyatt Tokyo ranks up there as one of our best experiences. We have to especially thank Ryo Shitsukawa and also Nicholas at the Park Hyatt for a wonderful experience. Ryo went above and beyond for us, for our anniversary. Thank you!

In terms of convenience, the airport limousine bus will drop you off and pick you up directly from either the Narita or Haneda airport. The hotel offers all day complimentary private shuttles to Shinjuku station which makes it so convenient to travel within the city. Shinjuku station is the heart of Tokyo so you can get to anywhere you want.

If you are considering whether to splurge or whether to choose between the Park Hyatt and another expensive option, go with the Park Hyatt.

“FOUND” in Translation 😉 A PRICELESS splurge!

I initially was going to stay a night so I could get into a restaurant i really wanted to try but I decided you only try. 50 once and that I would splurge for my Birthday summer trip. From the initial communication a year ago through my stay the service was top-notch! Professional, efficient and caring. A particular thank you to Concierge, Shuhei who deeply cared about making sure I was able to make the appropriate arrangements for my excisions and meals and upgraded me for my special occasion to a room that truly is only dreamt about in the movies... maybe even in movies like “Lost In Translation.”
The House-Keeping Staff and Room Service were absolutely Flawless. The room was impeccably clean. At first my bed was very hard and they immediately put a down pad underneath and i felt like a princess. The views throughout the building were glorious and believe the hype about The New York Bar! I loved the ambience, the Art, the views and the fresh ginger and herbs used in the cocktails.
I won’t soon forget this great hotel of the world.
