I have been coming to this hotel for some years, and have returned because it has all the basic comforts, is quiet but close to a number of subway stations for easy access to everywhere in Tokyo, and is reasonably priced. This time I was a bit disappointed. The rooms are starting to look dated, and the facilities have not kept up with changing times (eg room temperature was hard to control). However, our room was comfortable and clean, and we had good access to WiFi.

Staff were very welcoming and efficient. However, they did not have a well thought through and proactive emergency plan, and seemed overwhelmed during the typhoon. They were unable to cope with questions that we had, nor cater for a hotel where a large number of guests were confined without access to convenience stores and food.

Very pleasant stay in this unpretentious but respectable reasonably stylish hotel. All staff impeccable showing typical Japanese courtesy and friendliness. Rooms very clean and again typically snug by uk standards but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast decent, foyers and sitting areas comfortable with grand piano in annex. Very happy stay would return.

We stayed here in early October and very surprised to see that we had plenty of space in our room. We had been warned that many hotels in Japan the rooms were quite small. The staff were very helpful, particularly as our luggage had not arrived from Australia when we had landed. They were very accommodating supply us with adapters for electrical items. The bonus with this hotel is that is has a coin operated laundry which is a godsend for any Traveller. Well located with 7 Eleven store nearby as well as the metro line.

We enjoyed our stay here during the rugby World Cup.
The hotel was busy with French, Scots and England supporters but apart from breakfast it did not show.
The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious.
We had a number of subway and train stations within easy walking distance. Lots of small restaurants close by as well
Staff were very helpful and polite.

What can I say? This hotel was stunning! The staff were absolutely incredible and could not do enough to help.
It helped that there was free WiFi and we had free breakfast. The breakfast catered to everyone.
The location was excellent, it seemed central to everything and had Tokyo tower right behind it. The staff spoke very good English and the hotel was immaculate. I cannot fault one thing.
Thank you for an excellent visit.
