Used for a couple of nights on arrival in Tokyo for our Japan adventure.

Helpful check in staff who also assisted with luggage forwarding etc.

Rooms reasonably decent size for Tokyo. Location is ok with a couple of subway stations within easy walking distance.

Breakfast was buffet and with the usual selection of Western and Japanese fare on offer- so, fine.

Overall, adequate for the requirements.

This was an outstanding hotel in all ways. Our family of three spent several comfortable days in this lovely hotel in Tokyo.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and the beautiful rooms are maintained at an immaculate standard by housekeeping. There was plenty of room for my husband , myself and our son.

We arrived at Narita Airport after the limousine bus hours operate so we caught the train from Narita to the nearby train station and walked to the hotel. We were able to easily follow the instructions on the hotel website about location.

The hotel was conveniently located in walking distance of many restaurants and sights and transport options to get around Tokyo.

I highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I recently stayed at the Shiba Park Hotel and absolutely loved it. I strongly recommend a stay at this hotel. The location is great. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is in close proximity to The Tokyo Tower and Zozoji Temple, central Tokyo, Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, and the Imperial Palace area if you use Japan Rail or one of the other rail lines. The hotel staff were amazing; providing exceptional service on multiple front. The front desk staff were always attentive to our needs about room service, community events, entertainment, restaurants, transportation, SUICA card use, banking services, currency exchange, and mail services needed to ship goods back to the U.S.A. Our room was immaculately maintained. The staff were cheerful, even providing a nice origami gift to our grandson and spoke excellent english. Their breakfast was excellent providing items for western and asian taste and staff provided great service to customers. This is not a big named Ritz, Hilton or Hyatt style hotel but, the staff are absolutely the best. The made sure our luggage was shipped to other hotels as we travelled to Kyoto and other cities. They ensured our luggage and mail delivered to our room was waiting for us upon arrival. They boxed, packaged and mailed goods we purchased and sent home early. You just can't get better service.

Room tip: Great location, quiet, easy access to entertainment.

This hotel was recommended to us by a colleague at work who described it as quiet, family friendly in a mixed business residential area.

They forgot to mention how fabulous the hotel was and how friendly and helpful the staff are.

We booked into the Annex which is the newer part of the hotel into a triple family room. Little details in the design of the room (and the hotel) are given in the in room information book. I love the rice paper sliding wall between the bathroom / dressing room and the bedroom. Excellent for Miss 13 to get dressed in private.

Now I’m not sure if it’s important to everyone but the water pressure but the shower is like heaven! And gorgeous bath products.

Also they have in house cultural workshops and events in the Sukura (salon). We did the mizuhiki and calligraphy.

A big thank you to the lovely teachers Yuka and Maru who patiently took us through both classes. It’s just wonderful that the hotel encourages their staff to share Japanese culture with guests in house. Both Yuka and Maru work on reception as well! Thank you ladies for making it such a special day for our family.

The hotel is surrounded by places to eat, both western and Japanese. Big chain eateries as well as small houses of traditional restaurants.

Plus it’s very close to both the metro and mainline stations which means you can be anywhere quickly.

Overall this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in ever and it wasn’t that expensive as well.

Come to Tokyo and stay at the Shiba Park Hotel.

Family of 6 stayed in 2 comfort rooms for 3 nights.
We found the location of the hotel to be very good for sightseeing. There are a couple of stations within a short walk from the hotel, which are on some of the main lines in Tokyo and so getting around was easy. There are 3 convenience stores very close, and a number of food outlets and so we did not use any of the hotels other facilities and so cannot comment on them.
