I did not like this experience. I will say that I stayed in another capsule hotel in Tokyo and this one was MUCH better, it still wasnt great. The location is great for shopping and hitting up the fish market in the morning. The employees were really nice and the facilities were okay. As a woman I felt safe there because of the card access security.
So those were the good things. The bad things were that it smelled really bad in the sleeping quarters and there is no air flow in the cabins, so the smell just lingers. Unless you're on a tight budget (and can't afford anything else), or so drunk you'll pass out not knowing, then I would skip this unique Japan expreience and instead get a good night's sleep in a real hotel.

Affordable stay for the location, which is minutes away from Tsukiji Market. Easily reachable from either Narita or Haneda Airport by the Asakusa train line via Higashi-Ginza station. Also less than two minutes’ walk from Tsukiji station of the Hibiya metro line.
Clean bathrooms with toiletry and laundry machines, individual private showers and communal Japanese-style baths, separated by gender. Unfortunately, their mattresses are very firm and can feel uncomfortable to some people. Noise may be an issue in the morning or at night due to other guests.

Had one night stay in Feb this year and was totally satisfied with the room and the facilities. It is not a typical capsule but a room without ensuite bathroom. The whole place is well maintained and clean. It was quite occupied for a friday night and I could hear some snoring in between the whole night but it is not a big issue for me.

Room tip: corner suite for light sleeper

First time in Japan for a long layover. Decided to stay here as a solo female traveler - just needed shower and a bed. Location is great if you plan on heading out early to Tsukiji Fish Market. There were 3 train stations nearby if I remember correctly.

Amenities were wonderful. However showers are located only on 2 floors - female on 7th and male on 6th. This can be of an inconvenience if your cabin is not on the same floor. Also, there was only one shower room on the female floor and I had to wait when I went to go use the shower room. I didn't check the spa/bath room for other options. There was one washing machine if you needed to do laundry.

My cabin floor was pretty quiet. It was a Sunday/Monday night. Not many people so I can't say for busy weekends if you can have peace and quiet.

Would recommend for budget travelers who doesn't mind common spaces. Would stay again next time.

Its a beautiful capsule hotel.much bigger then the usual cabin capsule.Area is very neat and clean.Place is quiet too.Common toilet is clean too.

Got a first class capsule with more personal space.Room is well maintain , clean with no smell.

This capsule hotel is a 15 mins walking distance to the Tsukiji market.Great experience as the hotel is close to the fish market and you do not have to wake up early. Its near to the Ginza area too.Metro is just outside the capsule hotel and many convenient shop such as 7-11 and family mart nearby for foods and drinks. The hotel has some vending machine and serve food at certain timing too.

Great value for money and its safe for solo travelers. There are many branch in other district too.

Room tip: Get a first class cabin to have more personal space
