A very good place to eat Yakitori in Ginza. Always full, you might need to wait.
Beside the yakitori, we tried also the kamameshi, rice on the bowl with different topping. We tried the Shake-Kamameshi (salmon), Awabi-Kamameshi (with abalone) and Gomoku-Kamameshi (mix). all are delicious. I like especially the abalone and the mix.

Hard to find, off a side alley, but well worth the search. Don’t be put off if their is long line, since it moves fast. Large selection of yakitori as well as kamameshi (rice dish in iron pot). Reasonably priced and full of locals.

Visited mostly by locals. Conveniently located in ginza. However not the easiest to find. It’s located in a ally with a sign directing you to the restaurant. We didn’t make reservations and the place is huge so there is plenty of space. The yakitori is good but not amazing and when we were there there were smokes coming from the grill counter - it can make your clothes stink a bit ... the kamaneshi ( steel pot rice) is quite tasteless and not enough stockings. This place is quite highly ranked though- I guess if you are a local it’s good for casual dining given it’s reasonable price and location but if you are travelling all the way to japan as a tourist and given the limited time / meals , you can skip this one.

The place is specialiced in yakitori and small rice pots. Although they offer only these, there are numerous types of yakotori and rice pots, so you will have a lot of flavors to taste! The service is good and the atmosphear is authentic. Highly recommended!

The yakitori (chicken on skewers) was tender and very nicely flavored. Also excellent were the vegetables on skewers. I was frankly disappointed by the chicken kamameshi. I haven't been to this restaurant in decades, but I remember really thinking back then that the kamameshi was special. I was a bit disappointed. Still the yakitori was great, and I enjoyed scraping the toasted rice off the bottom of the kamameshi container.
Went mid-afternoon, so there wasn't much of a wait to get seated--no more than 10 minutes. Service was friendly and fast.
I would go again and try some of the other items on the menu.
