This is your destination. With family-friendly conditions and kind staff this is the place to stay in Tokyo. The rooms have interesting architecture, containing different pieces of art, and lots of things for people who love attention to details. You will even find a laundry “elevator” and a nail dryer in your walk-in closet and vanity. There are many things to explore in the whole hotel, like stores, the spa, different restaurants and a Rolls-Royce parked out side the hotel. When you come in the staff will always greet you by your name and are gracious. The hotel is also very conveniently located for Ginza shopping, visiting the imperial palace and practically everything in downtown Tokyo. I think my favorite part was the kind service and the artwork in the hotel. If you do come here I wish you a pleasant stay.

Nice sized rooms--we had a small sitting area, a good-sized closet with separate sides and a large bathroom with 2 sinks (on opposite sides of the room so you did not crowd each other). The first floor of the hotel has The Lobby Restaurant which is open for most of the day---they also serve afternoon tea. There is also the Peter Bar & Restaurant upstairs that has gorgeous views---great for city light views at night, as well as sunset views--in addition, you get an ideal view of the Imperial Palace Grounds---they also serve buffet breakfast there every morning. There is also a good Chinese Restaurant--Hei Fung Terrace. The location is close to upscale shopping and restaurants as well as to the train station. We found the concierge desk quite helpful. Check out my photos for more details.

Excellent experience, met by hotel manager/staff on arrival who took the time to make us feel special/welcome/walk us through the facilities. Room and service surpassed expectations. We look forward to our return visit. Big thanks to Josep, Fernando and the team.

The room was the nicest I've had in Tokyo by a wide margin. Service, especially at the front, was average. The man who checked me in was uncharacteristically rude for this level of hotel. The dining situation isn't great.

Everything about this hotel is perfection. The location is ideal. Close to upscale shopping, many restaurants and the Imperial Palace. The service from the front desk, housekeeping, bell staff was amazing. Far above and beyond. We dined at the Cantonese restaurant one evening and were not disappointed. The meal was divine and worth every penny. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with more than ample bathroom space (amazing soaking tub—complete with lovely bath salts) and a separate dressing area with vanity. Comfy beds and bedding and a sitting area, as well. I can attest to the building’s safety as we experienced an earthquake while we were there (on the 18th floor!). All we felt was a slight sway and the pendant lights began to swing slightly. It was off putting and it took us a moment to realize what was happening, but it was over as quickly as it began and there was no damage. I suppose local people are used to it. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be rebooking in my next trip to Tokyo.
