The Palace Hotel is potentially the best hotel in Tokyo. The location is unbeatable - in the central business district but with extensive views of the Palace, parks and waterways. Convenient but with a mere glance, serene.

The ground floor is sublime with a spacious lounge that hosts live music at night, excellent restaurant with a moat side terrace, and a speakeasy bar for cigars and whisky. At current exchange rates, its good value for a world class hotel.

The rooms are modern and spacious with all amenities, including very comfortable pyjamas and slippers (even for 3yo). The rooms with balconies are a must - to soak in the amazing view both during the day and at night.

Service is amazing - which is what you expect for Japan but at the Palace, it felt less formal and more personal.

This is a hotel you will certainly want to revisit.

first time in Japan, it's our first night but the staff is splendid, it's very relaxing, the fitness room is amazing, the amenities are plentiful, and the view is great. Food seems overpriced but that's expected at any five star hotel in any country so it's easy to find a nearby restaurant for much cheaper on yelp or TripAdvisor. Super excited for this trip!

Me and some friends went to Palace Hotel and we were amazed by room view! There was a view to Imperial Palace and Marunouchi (financial area).
The hotel was newly rebuilt so it seems new and modern. It has big spaces like entrance, hotel lobby, restaurant...
The restaurant has an amazing view to Imperial Palace and a perfect terrace to enjoy morning or afternoon tea!
We opted for club lounge access but it was not worth it. On opposite of many club lounges, this one doesn't have good variety of food (the breakfast in the restaurant with all other guest is much better), there is only alcohol from 5pm to 8pm. I don't recommend to choose club access.
Another thing we didn't like is that you have to pay to go for sauna and hot bath.

This very hotel is an elegance statement and its restaurant to par. Food is highest quality and presentation is very accurate, as well. Just few steps from the Imperial Palace gardens, also if not in the budget for the premium accomodation - like yours truly - I immensely enjoyed the stop. Domo arigato gozaimashita.

Centrally located in the heart Tokyo, it has big comfortable rooms, friendly staff and very prompt service. Only it doesn't have anything for children to do on a rainy day. Food has a lot of variety, good pricing but doesn't taste as good as it's presented A good place to stay in on the whole.
