Just a minute walk to Dotonbori and very accessible to all shopping center in Osaka. View from our room is in front of Don Quijote. Bus is not allowed in front of the hotel, we need to walk 3 to 5 minutes in our arrival and everytime we are going on a tour since we are in a big group. Their room as well as the bathroom is spacious as compared with other hotels in Japan. Very good costumer service, breakfast is good. Overall we had a good stay. More

Great situation in Osaka.. but the staff don’t speak fluent english! So difficult to ask for help or something else! No table setting for breakfast?? French restaurant, but recipes not really french! Above all, they don’t understand the french phasing for dining.. we are supposed to wait everybody’s meal before starting! We don’t start by side meal but entry first, and after main dish with sides at the same time!

right in the heart of where the action is....street foods, shopping area and nearby train station which is a must for tourist. room is of decent size and ammenities. will definitely recommend this place.

The room was was gorgeous, especially the bathroom which had an elaborate tub/shower for Japanese-style bathing. Lots of free amenities such as shampoo and soaps, razor, toothbrush, etc. Very comfortable, very conveniently located. Definitely would recommend!

Booked this hotel after a friend recommended it for its good location.. indeed conveniently located at the heart of the 'food haven'.. walking distance to all.. accessible to transportation a short walk from the train station coming from the airport..
The hotel is very clean, nice and the staff at the concierge was very helpful..

This hotel was pretty comfortable. It has a nice bed as well as very nice quilts. The bath and soaps are great. The only thing I didn't enjoy was they were renovating the day I came so I guess I was unlucky. The toilet also smelled. There were two rooms rented but both had different quality of service which I also found unfair. The 14th floor room had Nescafe, more amenities, and fancier soaps. The 10th floor room smelled and was good but obviously not the same. I don't really get why it was different but I guess no one would notice if you rent just 1 room on the same floor. I really enjoy coffee and to not get a Nescafe in my room is a disappointment.

The differences between these two floors are mainly amenities including bath and coffee machines as well. After the full renovation of our rooms, two types of floors are renamed to Standard Floor(6F~12F), Cross Floor(13F~14F) with our brand new rooms.
