We were a big family of 7, so we rented 3BR room from weekly mansion. For its price, the room is not bad.
Pros
We were able to get a good clean hotel in a good location at a very affordable price. We got what we wanted, which was an apartment style hotel where we get to stay all in one room, which was more fun. The room was generally clean when we arrived. Although they do not provide daily cleaning, there are cleaning equipment/materials provided in the room. Eating utensils and dishwashing soap and sponge are also provided. We sometimes buy from nearby grocery and eat in. There is walking distance local grocery, Family Mart and 7-11 (Lawson quite further), and a few restaurants as well. Subway station is also 5mins walk. They provide bath and small towels and you can have this changed daily at the lobby. There is free internet in the room via LAN, just bring a portable router and you'll fast internet service to share via wi-fi.
Cons.
Everything was short in height. As Asians, maybe we're ok (except for the shower head, which was kinda low and we had to stoop down when showering), but I don't know if someone taller stayed in the room. Toiletries were not provided, so we had to bring our own. There is only one toilet and one shower area for all of us, which makes us line up everyday. Room is also a little crowded, very little room to place your luggage.

The hotel is not bad in general. Not a five-star hotel, but it gives what we essentially need - nice, clean place to sleep at a good location and affordable price.

Over all a good choice if you are looking at saving money without spending on the comforts of a hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms small but has everything you need without having to bring your own soap, tooth brush or shower gel. My bed was a little uncomfortable with the pillow lumping. Nothing a good slug of sake couldn’t cure! Design of the rooms is for self catering so rubbish needs to be brought down stairs each day by you.

Very nice location for business centre , just 5 mins walking and evrything else in nearby . There is a superstore just across the street and Mcdonalds within 5 mins distance and so is the subway station .

Rooms are big and nice , they have kitchen .

Only negative is the cleaning as it is cleaned once a week .
