the hotel is very close to Hakata bus station. we can travel around Kyushu region by catching a bus from there. and more important we can travel to and from Fukuoka airport very easily. it is the best choice to stay here.

The location of this hotel is really good, the room is small but has everything we need inside. It's nice to have this cheap price in the Saturday night. The staff in the front desk is nice and helpful. We would like to stay again if we go Fukuoka again.

The location is very good about 5mins walk to Hakata station. Convenience store is just in front of the hotel. The room is quite small.

Generally, some hotels will not have air conditioner during winter, so I have to open the windows. This hotel locates near traffic light and therefore, i could hear traffic noise in the morning. (Not recommend if you would like to wake up late in the morning).

PS, if you would like to goto bus stop at Hakata station, i would recommend to walk through the station. Although it may look longer but you will not have to wait for the traffic light at every corner around the station.

We only stayed one night at this hotel, witch is very good locaties and affortable. Nevertheless I would never stay there again. There were only two toilets for the whole hostel and only 3 sjouwers. One is allready renovaties, it's the one on the right side. The others our old and dirty. The rooms are very small and there al large fridge inside making a lot of noise and also a very very very large kitchen sink, completly in the way and not usefull. I have to say, Bed sheets where very fresh.

The most disturbing for me was the smell, witch was unbearable.

I would not recommend you to go there, unless you have no. other option.

I recently stayed in this hotel. Very close from the Hakata station. You need to get to the East Gate of the station to find this hotel. About 5 min from the station. It is located just in front of the road so it is easy to find even at night. I used a single, non-smoking room which was the smallest room I have ever stayed, but it was very clean, no smell and had all amenities(soap, shampoo, tooth brush, dryer). It is convenient for female traveler, business traveler or anyone traveling alone will like it. Above all, it was very cheap compared to other hotels near the station. I did not have breakfast in the hotel as I heard that it was not good.

Room tip: internet was a problem. No WIFI in the room. It was available in the lobby only.
