Close to Hakata Station which services the bullet trains as well as local trains. The hotel has English signage which makes it fairly easy to find. My room was directly outside the railway tracks so I could hear trains coming in and out of the station, I wore earplugs to sleep so it wasn't a problem for me but it might be an inconvenience to others that don't wear them. The rooms are small but clean with free internet and CNN. Staff were courteous and efficient. The hotel is walking distance from Canal City and Nakasu which is a nightlife area full of restaurants and pubs. A good value hotel if you intend staying just a few nights.

The biggest plus of this hotel is the location. It is in the building next to the JR Hakata station so that is very convenient. I was going to Busan and was at the Fukuoka ferry terminal in half an hour. Rooms are fine to, good shower and adequete sleeping. A big downside for me personally was the lack of internet in the room. They provided some sort of Lan device for you to connect to the internet, but it wasn't working and the manual was in Japanese. They had no English guide and no one could explain it to me in English. Could live with it, but since i was going to Busan the next day i had to confirm some tickets so it bugged me a bit. Other then that the hotel is fine with the big plus of its location.
